Customer Support

Having a problem making your deposit? Need help with requesting a payout? Was there an issue with a credit card transaction? No problem. Our friendly Customer Service team are standing by to assist you. Please contact us using any of the means below.

If contacting us about a transaction, please be as specific as possible and include your login, the date/time of the transaction and payment details as this will allow us to provide you with the best possible service in the shortest amount of time.

Using Credit or Debit Cards

We can safely and securely process your credit/debit card transactions with our trusted payment processors. Our processing partners adhere to the PCI-DSS security standards enforced and regulated by the card industry networks. All credit/debit card transactions are submitted over encrypted channels to our trusted payment partners using Secure Sockets Layers (SSL). This is the same technology used by online banks and financial institutions. We use 2048 bit keys for encryption and employ the latest encryption ciphers and security best practices to ensure all data and transmissions are secure.

All credit/debit card deposits are processed in real-time and credited immediately.

Use your card statement as provided by your financial institution as a guide when filling out our deposit page. Our payment processor may require your exact name and address as registered with your financial institution to verify your transaction. Incorrect or invalid information may cause your transaction to be declined. If you need help updating your customer registration information, please contact Customer Services.

If your transaction is declined, please follow the information provided and try again. Some financial institutions may have placed restrictions on the use of your card that include limiting its use with international payment accounts or restricting it by the type of merchant account. We encourage you to try one of our alternative deposit methods and to contact Customer Services in order to successfully complete your deposit.

Your credit card transactions will appear on your bank statement as 24yield unless stated otherwise on your transaction receipt.

Locating your Card Security Code (CSC)

The Card Security Code (CSC), also known as CVV, CVC or CID, is short numeric code printed on your debit or credit card. You will find this 3 digit code printed on the back of your card on the signature strip. For American Express cards, it is a 4 digit code printed on the front and to the right of your embossed card number.

We use the CSC as an anti-fraud measure to verify you are the account holder and in possession of the card being used on our site. Your CSC code is never stored within our system and your card payment details are transmitted securely to our payment providers over encrypted SSL connections. For Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, Diner’s Club and Mir card you can find your 3-digit CSC value as the last three digits at the end of your card number as printed on the back of your card.

Use Address on File

When submitting your credit/debit card transaction, you may select the Use Address on File option.

Checking on Use Address on File will utilize the customer information you have on file as part of your transaction. This information may be used by our processing partners and credit card networks to help validate your transaction and should match the billing and/or mailing address for your credit or debit card, otherwise your transaction may be declined. In that case, uncheck the Use Address on File checkbox and review and change your customer information as necessary and try your transaction again. If you find that some fields cannot be changed, or you need to update your customer profile, then please contact Customer Services

Visa Secure / Mastercard Identity Check

Your credit card transactions receive additional security checks when completed using Visa® Secure or Mastercard® Identify Check. Through a simple checkout process, either of these systems confirm your identity when completing your credit/debit card deposit.

Each card program has integrated a simple process that helps confirm your identity when you make an online purchase. This service helps make purchases online more secure by protecting against unauthorized use of your credit or debit card.

Whether you’re using a desktop, mobile or other digital device, you may be guided through an additional check to verify your identity. This helps your card issuer know you’re really you, and it better protects you from fraud.

Your card issuer is working behind the scenes when you’re purchasing online, using advanced technology to confirm your identity. If there’s any doubt – such as when you use a new device or make an unusually large purchase – you may be asked by your issuer to provide more information to confirm the purchase. In other cases, if you don’t get prompted with an additional check, this means the security check is likely happening in the background and you may see a revolving wheel on your screen as the security check is done. Your issuer is simply verifying your transaction to see that everything is as it should be.

All verification information is securely transmitted directly between you and your card issuer. For more information, please contact your card issuer.
